Today we even stopped by a farmers market where we saw an assortment of fruits, vegetables, etc.

This afternoon we headed to the famous Kauai Coffee Plantation for samples and a small tour of the plantation itself. It was beautiful and right on the ocean...and OF COURSE the coffee was amazing!

Later that night we packed a picnic and had a nice, relaxing dinner by the beach-just in time to watch a beautiful sunset.

Thanks for your updates! It sure looks like you're having a wonderful Spring Break! This is probably the closest I'll ever get to experiencing Hawaii so keep 'em coming.
